Service Description

Puppy progression is thoughtfully designed and structured to develop on our Puppy Foundation course. 6 weeks really does fly by and in the training world there is a lot of 'puppy classes' but not a lot for those wanting / needing support after. This stage is crucial in your puppies development to solidify and build on skills learnt in Puppy Foundations.

Cancellation Policy

EDTA – Booking Policy By booking a course with EDTA you agree to the following terms: **Booking & Payment** Bookings are confirmed once full payment has been received (or a deposit where applicable). All bookings are subject to availability. **Course Changes** EDTA reserves the right to change trainers, course dates, times, or locations where necessary. Any replacement trainer will be suitably qualified. Dog welfare is our highest priority, and sessions may be postponed or rescheduled due to adverse weather, including excessive heat, heavy rain, storms, or other conditions that may affect the safety, welfare, or learning ability of the dogs. Where possible, participants will be given as much notice as possible and offered alternative arrangements. **Customer Cancellations** Course bookings are non-refundable. If you find that you can no longer make the course, we will be happy to move your booking to a different course date with 21 days notice prior to the course commencing. **Cancellation by EDF** EDF may cancel or reschedule a course due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather, illness, venue issues, or insufficient bookings. Participants will be offered an alternative course date or a full refund. **Participant Responsibilities** Dogs must be fit, healthy, and appropriately vaccinated. Dogs must remain under control at all times and on lead unless instructed otherwise. Owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dogs and for any injury, loss, or damage caused by their dog. **Health & Safety** Participants attend at their own risk. Whilst every reasonable precaution is taken to ensure safety, EDTA accepts no responsibility for injury, loss, damage, or theft to persons, dogs, vehicles, or property, except where liability cannot be excluded by law. **Photography** Photos and videos may be taken during courses for promotional purposes. Please notify EDTA in writing before the course starts if you do not wish you or your dog to appear in any media. **Dog Welfare & Conduct** Dog welfare is paramount. Harsh handling, physical punishment, intimidation, or any behaviour considered detrimental to a dog's welfare will not be tolerated. EDTA reserves the right to remove any participant from a session or course without refund where their conduct is deemed inappropriate, unsafe, or detrimental to the welfare of all dogs on site.
